In the vibrant month of March, as spring arrives in full force, we celebrate the annual International Women’s Day on March 8. On this joyous and heartwarming occasion, the Party Committee of the Group and the General Manager’s Office extend their warmest holiday greetings to all our female employees, wishing you a happy celebration, a life of continuous prosperity, and abundant happiness!
Over the past year, our female employees have devoted tireless effort and hard work to the development and growth of Xueda, selflessly dedicating their youth and wisdom to the cause of Xueda’s advancement. The Party Committee of the Group and the General Manager’s Office wish to express our highest respect and heartfelt gratitude to you!
2020 was an extraordinary year. The novel coronavirus raged, placing the nation’s epidemic prevention and control efforts under severe strain, and Xueda Group faced enormous challenges as well. Yet in the face of these difficulties, as long as we remain steadfast in our confidence, unite as one, and rigorously implement all resolutions adopted by the Group Party Committee and the General Manager’s Office, every challenge will be temporary. We will undoubtedly emerge stronger and better with each passing battle. All employees who have contributed to the Group’s epidemic prevention efforts—especially our many female colleagues—will see their hard work and dedication rewarded when the Group ultimately achieves a comprehensive victory over the pandemic!
2020 also marks the Group’s year of cost control, requiring us to stay firmly focused on safety, quality, delivery schedules, and costs, and to deliver tangible results in “improving quality, increasing output, and reducing consumption.”
In the face of the extraordinary year 2020 and the new tasks and challenges ahead, let us, under the strong leadership of the Group Party Committee and the General Manager’s Office, rally closely around the management teams of all subsidiaries, fully leverage the vital role of women in every position across the Group, conscientiously study and implement all Group policies, regulations, and requirements, and proactively engage in epidemic prevention and control, workplace safety, and recruitment and workforce stabilization efforts. Let us start by doing our daily work meticulously, one task at a time, and by fulfilling our daily work assignments, thereby demonstrating positive energy and striving to set an exemplary standard in epidemic prevention and control. With a sense of urgency and determination to make the most of every moment, we will spare no effort to ensure quality, boost output, and reduce costs, so as to achieve all annual targets and objectives and forge a new chapter in the Group’s production and business management!
The “winter” of the pandemic will eventually pass, and the Group’s “spring” will surely arrive!
