This product series is crafted by interweaving fine-denier UV-resistant polyester and cool-touch nylon with spandex, employing a tightly woven structure to achieve a dense, refined texture that is lightweight yet highly elastic. The fabrics offer UV protection and a cooling sensation, making them ideal for manufacturing sun-protective apparel such as sun suits and trousers.
High-count, fine-denier functional polyester/nylon is used to develop stretch mesh, pique, jacquard, and other structured fabrics. The grooved structure created by profiled fibers rapidly absorbs moisture and sweat from the skin’s surface, swiftly wicking them away to evaporate and keeping the skin feeling fresh and comfortable.
To address the limitations of woven fabrics—namely their limited elasticity, poor breathability, and inadequate wrinkle resistance—and the shortcomings of knitted fabrics—such as insufficient stiffness and poor pilling resistance—we have overcome the deficiencies of existing technologies to develop high-performance knitted fabrics that mimic woven textures, thereby enabling the creation of comfortable, casual shirt products.
