Icy Cool Series

This series utilizes Y-shaped cross-section polyester fibers and Y-shaped cross-section nylon, blended with modal, cotton, and other fibers, to develop mesh fabrics, pique knits, and other structured textiles. The resulting fabrics exhibit high elasticity without feeling constricting, along with a cool-to-the-touch feel upon contact, UV protection, and moisture-wicking, quick-drying properties. Description

This series utilizes Y-shaped cross-section polyester fibers and Y-shaped cross-section nylon, blended with modal, cotton, and other fibers, to develop mesh fabrics, pique knits, and other structured textiles. The resulting fabrics exhibit high elasticity without feeling constricting, along with a cool-to-the-touch feel upon contact, UV protection, and moisture-wicking, quick-drying properties. They are ideal for developing sun-protective apparel, yoga wear, arm sleeves, and summer loungewear, among other products.

 

Features:

● Moisture-wicking and quick-drying: The special cross-sectional design increases the surface area by approximately 20% compared with conventional fibers, enabling faster moisture wicking.

● Cool and comfortable: Coolness coefficient ≥ 0.2, 30% higher than that of ordinary cool-feel fibers.

● Long-lasting antibacterial performance: Tested to achieve an antibacterial rate of over 90%, with no reduction in antibacterial efficacy after more than 50 washes.

● UV resistance: UVA transmittance is less than 5%, and the UPF rating reaches 50, significantly exceeding the national standard.
