In October 2015, Xueda (Cambodia) Dongsheng Textile and Apparel Co., Ltd. was established.

The Technology Center of Xueda Group has been recognized and designated by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration as a National Enterprise Technology Center for 2018 (the 25th batch).

October 2015: Xueda (Cambodia) Dongsheng Textile and Apparel Co., Ltd. was established.

In January 2019, the Xueda Group Technology Center was recognized and designated by five national authorities—the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration—as a 2018 (25th batch) National Enterprise Technology Center.

In September 2013, Workshop No. 1 of the second phase of the Xueda Modern Industrial Base was completed and put into operation, and Qingdao Yuqi Textile Development & Apparel Co., Ltd. was established.
