Qingdao Huquan Garment Co., Ltd. was established in September 1993 and primarily engages in the dyeing and functional finishing of knitted fabrics and trims, as well as garment washing services. It is one of the key backbone enterprises under the Xueda Group.
The company currently employs over 200 staff and operates a laboratory, a physicochemical testing center, a water-softening treatment center, three dyeing workshops, one finishing workshop, and one printing workshop. In strict compliance with national environmental protection standards, it has also built a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant. The facility is equipped with a complete production line covering bleaching and dyeing, drying, stretching and setting, small-cylinder setting, napping, sanding, singeing, shearing, far-infrared processing, functional finishing, and garment washing. It boasts more than 150 advanced pieces of equipment, including high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machines from renowned brands such as Hong Kong Lixin, Japan, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland; ambient-temperature overflow dyeing machines; pre-bleaching lines; stretching and setting machines; napping machines; garment-washing machines; rotary screen printers; and flat-screen printers, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 metric tons. With strong technical expertise, cutting-edge equipment and production processes, and consistently stable product quality, the company enjoys widespread acclaim among customers both domestically and internationally.
