Celebration of the 104th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and Mobilization Conference for Production, Operation, and Management in the Second Half of the Year

On the morning of July 1, Qingdao Xueda Group solemnly convened a conference to celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to launch the second-half-year production, operation, and management drive for 2025. The meeting reviewed and commended the outstanding Party branches and exemplary Communist Party members who have excelled in Party building and in the Group’s production, operation, and management work since the first half of the year. A festive atmosphere of song and dance marked the celebration of the Party’s birthday, as all Party members, cadres, and employees were urged to take these role models as examples, overcome the various challenges ahead in the second half of the year, and comprehensively achieve the work targets and tasks set for 2025. Members of the Group’s Party Committee, members of the General Manager’s Office, all Party members and cadres, and logistics management personnel attended the conference. The event commenced with a rousing rendition of the national anthem.

During the meeting, all Party members reaffirmed their oath of admission: “I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China… I am always prepared to sacrifice everything for the Party and the people, and I will never betray the Party.” Facing the bright red Party flag, they expressed their unwavering loyalty and deep love for the Party, as well as their firm resolve to heed the Party’s words and follow its lead.

At the meeting, Comrade Huang Rifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, delivered a work summary report on behalf of the Party Committee, outlining the Committee’s achievements in all areas of its work. Under the strong leadership of the Group Party Committee, the Group has attained solid business performance, with both product output and sales revenue recording year-on-year growth. The Group has also been honored with titles such as “Qingdao Leading Benchmark Private Enterprise” and “Outstanding Party Organization of Individual and Private Enterprises in Qingdao.” In the second half of the year, the Group Party Committee will focus on strengthening ideological and organizational development, fully leveraging the roles of mass organizations, expanding efforts to acquire new customers and develop new products, enhancing cost control, intensifying the training of technical and managerial personnel, learning from leading enterprises to foster innovation and pioneering spirit, and continuing to uphold the Xueda Spirit. Through these initiatives, the Committee will spare no effort to overcome challenges, make every possible effort to drive development, and ensure the successful completion of all annual targets and tasks.

  The conference honored and rewarded advanced Party branches and outstanding Communist Party members. The Party branch of the First Department of the Holding Company and the Party branch of Yuqi Company were awarded the Group’s 2025 “Advanced Party Branch” title. Additionally, 14 comrades—Sun Mingxiang, Wang Lei, Ji Zhenxian, Qian Qi, Feng Chao, Bao Zihui, Liu Chunyan, Sun Qiaoling, Wang Kai, Sun Mingqin, Lu Jingjie, Guo Junling, Sun Guangke, and Chen Xuanzhi—were presented with the “Outstanding Communist Party Member” title. Zhang Zhihai, representing the advanced Party branches, and Guo Junling, representing the outstanding Communist Party members, delivered statements at the conference.

At the meeting, Zhang Shian, the Group’s founder and Director, delivered an important address. He emphasized that the 50-year development of Xueda Group stands as a testament to the Chinese Communist Party’s role as our savior and pillar of strength. Over the past 104 years, under the leadership of the CPC, all Party members have braved countless trials and tribulations, writing an epic tale of extraordinary progress. Through 104 years of trials and tribulations, under the CPC’s leadership, our country has grown ever stronger and more prosperous, its international standing has risen steadily, and uniquely favorable conditions for enterprise development have been created. All Party members and cadres in the Group must therefore be deeply grateful to the Party and strive to make contributions to the Party and the nation. At the same time, the Group is also profoundly thankful to the exemplary figures who emerged during the Group’s most challenging periods—such as Comrade Guo Chengzhao, a veteran Party member—who have selflessly dedicated themselves to their posts, maintained unwavering faith in the Party, and never forgotten the senior Party members from the 1980s and 1990s who shared the Group’s fortunes and hardships during its early years. It was precisely because these comrades went six consecutive months without drawing a salary, persevering through extreme difficulties to secure a glimmer of hope for the Group, that Xueda Group has reached where it is today. Every time we reflect on their sacrifices, our hearts swell with emotion and our blood boils with passion. Looking to the present day, we must carry forward the fine traditions cultivated over the Group’s 50 years of development, learn from advanced Party branches and outstanding Communist Party members, and live up to the earnest expectations of all the Group’s employees. All Party members, cadres, and workers must clearly define the production and business targets for the second half of this year, with particular emphasis on order intake, and focus on resolving the major problems currently facing the Group. Building on the foundation laid by the Group’s 50-year journey of entrepreneurship, we must now set out anew, forge ahead with determination, and once again create new glories for the Group. We must cultivate firm confidence: the textile and apparel industry remains one with limitless potential for development. The key lies in the contributions the Group can make within this industry. To that end, we must continue to advance critical initiatives such as expanding order intake, upgrading equipment, broadening overseas operations, and enhancing the quality of our workforce. Party members and cadres must lead by example, seizing opportunities amid the current severe market conditions, making full use of the pro-business policies introduced by the Party and the government, and making due contributions to all aspects of the Group’s efforts to move toward future growth!

  During the meeting, the Party branches across the Group celebrated the Party’s birthday with singing and dancing, showcasing the united and upward-looking spirit of the Group’s Party members, cadres, and employees.
