On the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Third Congress of CPC Members of Qingdao XueDa Group Co., Ltd. was solemnly held on the morning of July 1 at the National Enterprise Technology Center Building of XueDa Group. The meeting heard and reviewed the work report of the Second CPC Committee of the Group and elected a new CPC Committee. The congress was chaired by Comrade Huang Rifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Second CPC Committee, and attended by Comrade Lü Zhenchang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Lancun Subdistrict.

The conference commenced to the solemn strains of the national anthem. To mark the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, all Party members of the Group stood before the Party flag, reaffirmed their Party oath, and pledged to remain true to their original aspirations and steadfastly fulfill their duties as Party members.

At the meeting, Comrade Zhang Hao, on behalf of the Second Party Committee, delivered a work report entitled “Thoroughly Implement the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Comprehensively Promote the Group’s High-Quality and Sustainable Development, and Steadfastly Advance Toward the Goal of Building a Centennial Xueda and Creating a World-Class Brand.” The report reviewed the achievements made by the Group’s Party Committee since 2016 in supporting the Group’s development, affirmed the outstanding contributions of the Second Party Committee to the Group’s progress, and outlined the Group’s future direction of development.

The congress reviewed and approved the report on the work of the Party Committee, adopted by vote the election procedures, the list of supervisors and vote counters, and the list of candidates for the members of the new-term Committee. By secret ballot and with a surplus of candidates, the following nine comrades were elected as members of the Third Committee of the Group Party Committee, in order of the number of strokes in their surnames: Yu Ruilin, Wang Xianqi, Liu Zhaojun, Liu Zhongxian, Zhang Zhihai, Zhang Hongbin, Zhang Hao, Zhao Junbo, and Huang Rifeng. At the first meeting of the new-term Committee, Comrade Zhang Hao was elected Secretary of the Party Committee, and Comrades Huang Rifeng and Zhao Junbo were elected Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee.

Comrade Zhang Hao, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered an important address on behalf of the new Party Committee, stating that the members of the new leadership team are confident and determined to, under the correct leadership of the higher-level Party committee and government and with the oversight and support of former secretaries, veteran leaders, and the broad ranks of Party members and employees, follow the work guidelines and development strategy set forth at the congress, spare no effort in leading all Party members and employees across the Group to effectively implement all development measures, and achieve the predetermined development goals outlined at the congress. Secretary Zhang Hao urged every member of the Party Committee to possess a clear political mind, solid capabilities and qualities, a down-to-earth work style, and sound personal integrity; to be strict with oneself in one’s work, meticulous yet bold; to exercise caution and prudence in the use of power, always maintaining a sense of reverence; to voluntarily submit to legal and disciplinary constraints as well as the oversight of all cadres and employees; to conduct oneself with uprightness and integrity; to perform one’s duties in a practical and conscientious manner; and to continuously strengthen Party spirit and serve as a role model for all Party members and employees.

At the meeting, Comrade Lü Zhenchang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Lancun Subdistrict, fully commended the achievements of the second Party Committee of Xueda Group and extended his congratulations to the newly elected members of the Party Committee. Under the theme “Paying Tribute to the Former Secretary, Offering Best Wishes to the New Secretary,” Secretary Lü Zhenchang offered high praise for Comrade Zhang Shian, the former Party Secretary of Xueda Group, across seven key areas, and expressed earnest expectations for the work of the new Party Secretary, Comrade Zhang Hao. He expressed the hope that, under the leadership of Secretary Zhang Hao, Xueda Group will make significant strides forward and strive to realize the ambitious goal of “building a century-old Xueda and creating a world-class brand.”

The congress drew to a close with the rousing “Internationale,” marking a unifying and triumphant gathering. We are confident that, under the leadership of the new Party Committee headed by Secretary Zhang Hao, Xueda Group will build on its past achievements, forge ahead with bold strides on the journey to “establish Xueda as a century-old enterprise and create a world-class brand,” and attain even more outstanding results!
