Notice on the Recruitment of Staff to Be Assigned to Dongsheng Company in Cambodia

To all Companies and the Headquarters:

In accordance with the production, operation, and management needs of Xueda (Cambodia) Dongsheng Textile and Apparel Co., Ltd., and following deliberation, we will recruit managerial personnel from within the Group and from various sectors of society to join Dongsheng Cambodia. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:

I. Job Positions and Number of Hires:

Apparel Production Manager 3 people

Apparel Quality Manager 1 person

Apparel Technology and Craft Instructor 1 person

II. Recruitment Requirements:

(1) General Recruitment Requirements:

1. No educational requirements; open to both genders; under 45 years of age; in good health.

2. Demonstrates strong teamwork and excellent moral character; is patriotic, law-abiding, and free from family conflicts or burdens; and is capable of adapting to long-term overseas assignments.

3. Proactive and ambitious, with strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, and a hardworking, resilient attitude.

(2) Professional Requirements

1. Apparel Production Manager

（ 1) Possess theoretical knowledge related to apparel production and extensive experience in apparel production management.

（ 2) Proficient in computer operations, familiar with the operational procedures of apparel packing information systems, capable of using apparel production management information systems, and possessing basic computer operation and maintenance skills.

2. Apparel Quality Manager

（ 1) Familiar with garment manufacturing processes and quality management standards; knowledgeable about the characteristics of apparel fabrics; proficient in the properties and testing methods for various trims and accessories; and well-versed in garment production processes and quality management procedures.

（ 2) Possess substantial experience in apparel quality management.

3. Apparel Technical Process Engineer

（ 1) Familiar with garment production processes and capable of independently developing production processes and creating garment patterns.

（ 2) Able to resolve technical issues during the production process and possess the capability to improve and update processes.

（ 3) Master basic computer operation skills.

III. Compensation and Benefits:

According to Qing Xue's post [2021] No. 33 “Notice on Adjusting the Salary Standards for Management Personnel of Xueda (Cambodia) Dongsheng Textile and Apparel Co., Ltd.” stipulates that employee salaries at Dongsheng Company shall be paid in two parts: domestic and overseas. Under the Group’s original policy, monthly salaries will continue to be paid as usual: for domestic employees, the minimum monthly salary, including social insurance contributions, is RMB 5,000; for overseas employees, the minimum monthly salary is USD 750. The specific overseas salary rate shall be determined with each employee prior to their assignment to Cambodia.

The amount of the allowance during employment at Dongsheng Company shall be determined on a comprehensive basis, taking into account the position held, scope of work, responsibilities assumed, professional competence, and continuous length of service, and shall be paid monthly in U.S. dollars. A family visit leave shall be granted every six months, with each leave lasting Ten days. Dongsheng Company will cover round-trip airfare and domestic transportation expenses within Cambodia. The maximum allowable reimbursement for round-trip airfare and transportation costs shall be in accordance with Dongsheng Company’s regulations, and reimbursement will be made upon submission of valid airline tickets. Dongsheng Company will provide free accommodation, the specific arrangements of which will be determined based on Dongsheng Company’s actual conditions. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by Dongsheng Company, in accordance with its relevant policies and standards.

IV. Registration Procedures:

Companies and the Head Office may make direct recommendations; individuals may also apply directly, or groups may be formed to apply for specific positions. Applicants must submit relevant personal identification documents, certificates, a medical examination report, and a certificate of no criminal record when registering, with all applications to be submitted collectively to the Group Office.

V. Registration Period:   Since March 5, 2025 – March 15, 2025.

VI. Other Matters:

1. Based on the application submissions and following a thorough assessment and selection process, candidates will be hired on a merit-based basis to work in Cambodia. Once hired and able to fulfill the job responsibilities while meeting the Group’s staffing requirements, employees are required to serve at Dongsheng Cambodia Co., Ltd. for a minimum of two years.

2. Personnel assigned to work at Dongsheng (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and sign an agreement with the Group Company.

3. Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by Qingxue Fa [2018] No. 25, “Provisional Regulations on the Selection and Dispatch of Management Personnel for Xueda (Cambodia) Dongsheng Textile and Garment Co., Ltd.,” and Qingxue Fa [2023] No. 07, “Management Regulations on the Implementation of Rotational Assignments to Dongsheng Company in Cambodia.”
