Shandong Bingyi Rongzhang Project Management Co., Ltd. subject to Qingdao XueDa Group Co., Ltd. of the entrustment, regarding Qingdao Xueda Group High-Quality Circular Weft Knitting Machine Procurement Project Procurement will be conducted via a request-for-quote process, and qualified suppliers meeting the eligibility criteria are welcome to submit quotations.

3. Project Scope: Includes the production, transportation, installation, integration and commissioning of all goods required for this project, as well as all related work up to and including acceptance inspection and handover for use.

4. Procurement control price: RMB 650,000.

5. Supplier Qualifications and Requirements

5.1 Possess the capacity to independently assume civil liability and be legally authorized to sell the goods required for this inquiry-based procurement within China;

5.2 This project does not accept consortium bids.

6. Obtaining Procurement Documents

6.1 Time: From February 24, 2022, to February 28, 2022, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Beijing Time);

6.2 Venue: This project will accept supplier registrations exclusively via email. Suppliers interested in participating in the consultation for this project may contact the agency using the contact information provided in the Request-for-Quotation Procurement Notice to register.

6.3 Required Application Materials: Suppliers must submit a copy of their business license or other valid certificate of establishment, affixed with the official seal of the entity; otherwise, the tendering agency will not accept the application.

6.4 Price: RMB 300 per set, non-refundable after purchase (if paper documents are ordered by mail, the postage shall be borne by the purchaser; the procurement agency shall not be liable for any loss or delay during the mailing process).

6.5 Tender documents obtained in non-compliance with the prescribed procedures shall not be legally protected, and all resulting consequences shall be borne by the supplier.

7. Inquiries Regarding Procurement Documents

Any supplier that has obtained the procurement documents and wishes to submit inquiries regarding these documents shall do so in writing, duly stamped with the supplier’s official seal, and shall notify the procurement agency by letter, fax, email, or personal delivery (including electronic versions of the documents).
