The Xueda Group Technology Center was established in 2000 and, on January 2, 2019, was officially recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center by the National Development and Reform Commission and four other government departments. The center houses the Qingdao Municipal Expert Workstation for R&D and Application of Novel Fibers and the Qingdao Municipal Workstation for Graphene Fiber Applications, among others.
Qingdao Huquan Garment Co., Ltd. is a dyeing, finishing, and printing facility directly under the Xueda Group. It is responsible for supplying knitted fabrics to the entire group and also provides external services in dyeing, functional finishing, and printing.
The job responsibilities include conducting research and development and pilot testing of dyeing, finishing, and printing technologies as well as fabric products at the Xueda Group’s National and Technical Center, or undertaking related technical development and management roles at Qingdao Huaquan Garment Co., Ltd.
Competency Requirements:
Possess more than three years of work experience in a dyeing and finishing factory, with a thorough understanding of common technical and quality issues in such facilities and the ability to resolve them.
High-caliber development professionals with extensive experience in dyeing and sample-making trials as well as new-color development, capable of tackling and resolving challenging production and research issues faced by enterprises, are offered a monthly salary of RMB 8,000 or more.
