I. Scope and Number of Recruits ：

III. Recruitment Requirements:

2 , Possess proficient sewing skills.

3 Priority will be given to local employees and to employees who have retired from the Xueda Group.

4 In principle, former Xueda Group sewing workers who have left the company within the past six months (except those who retired or resigned) shall not be hired; nor shall employees currently holding positions within the Group be hired.

IV. Compensation and Benefits

1 , Temporary skilled sewing workers must undergo a proficiency assessment before commencing employment with the company. It is strictly prohibited for any employee of Xueda Group to rejoin the company after leaving; employees who rehire within six months of their departure will not be eligible for the guaranteed minimum salary.

2 Upon completion of the temporary skilled sewing position, employees may, at their own discretion, be converted to regular full-time staff and enjoy other company benefits. If an employee wishes to be converted to a regular position, starting from 2021 year 1 month 1 Effective from today, relevant procedures will be processed.
