Salary and Benefits:

1. The apprenticeship period is one month, with compensation consisting of an apprenticeship allowance, piece-rate wages, and a basic living allowance.
2. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, a labor contract will be signed, five social insurance schemes will be arranged, and piece-rate wages will be implemented. A variety of incentives are in place, including full-attendance bonuses, star-rated employee awards, overproduction bonuses, year-end bonuses, and recognition awards for long-serving employees. Monthly salaries typically range from RMB 4,000 to RMB 6,000, with some workers earning over RMB 7,000.
3. Free accommodation is provided for non-local employees (dormitory-style apartments accommodating four people, each with a private bathroom and solar-powered shower, as well as heating, fans, lockers, and Wi-Fi coverage). During the annual Spring Festival, the company arranges chartered transportation or assists with ticket purchases and reimburses round-trip travel expenses. Local employees are provided with shuttle bus service to and from work.
4. 5. Skilled seamstresses are of any gender; apprentices are recruited only from female candidates—no male applicants will be accepted.

1. The workshop is equipped with changing rooms (each worker has a separate locker, with keys kept by the workers themselves), restrooms, and a water station. It is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and ventilation and humidity-control systems to maintain comfortable temperature and humidity levels year-round, and is also equipped with a sound system and an employee song-request station.
2. Highly automated and intelligent production equipment is employed, featuring simple, easy-to-learn operation that significantly reduces labor intensity and workload; workers can independently check their piece-rate wages at any time.
3. The staff canteen operates on a made-to-order basis, offering a diverse and delicious selection of dishes that carefully accommodates the dietary preferences of people from different regions and backgrounds. Uniformly customized tableware is disinfected by dedicated staff after each meal.
4. Each plant is equipped with a basketball court, automated teller machines, and self-service shopping facilities; the modern multi-functional dining hall features a stage, large-screen TVs, and state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems, all of which are freely available to employees.
